Injection Site Selector & Rotation Tool

Tap a zone to see guidance, log where you injected, and your last site stays lit so you always rotate to fresh tissue — the easiest way to avoid lumps, scarring, and lipohypertrophy.

Injection Site Selector

Log each injection — the map heats up where you've been and turns green when a site's rested.

Pick a site

Tap any highlighted zone on the body to see guidance and log your injection.

Avoid Area

Avoid injecting within 2 inches of the navel, near bony prominences, moles, scars, or bruised tissue.

Rotation Tips

Rotate with each dose. Avoid reusing the same spot more than once every 7 days to prevent lipohypertrophy.

Best Practices
  • Clean the area with an alcohol swab
  • Allow skin to dry completely
  • Pinch skin gently (if needed)
  • Inject into subcutaneous tissue
  • Rotate sites — never the same spot within 7 days

Pick the right site

Abdomen, flanks, outer thigh, and upper glute are the most reliable subcutaneous zones — at least 2 inches from the navel.

Rotate every dose

Never reuse the same spot within 7 days. Rotating prevents tissue buildup that slows absorption and causes lumps.

Inject safely

Clean with alcohol, let it fully dry, pinch the skin, and avoid moles, scars, bruises, and bony areas.
